02

What we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, vehicle and route details, collection or delivery information and anything else you choose to include.

03

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether a movement is suitable, prepare a quotation, arrange requested work and keep necessary business records. Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal duties and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.

04

Website form

The enquiry form on this site prepares a message in your own email app. The form details are not submitted to or stored by this website. Your information is received by us only when you send that email.

05

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers, insurers, advisers, authorities or delivery partners where necessary and lawful. Enquiries that do not become work are normally kept for up to 12 months. Information connected with a job or business relationship is kept for as long as required for operational, contractual, insurance, tax and legal purposes.

06

Cookies and technical data

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice and any consent controls will be updated first.

07

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to data portability. Contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
