Standards
Good paperwork cannot rescue poor work. It can prove good work happened.
Reforged is being built around practical controls: the right vehicle, competent operators, recorded checks, safe loading and evidence that a job was completed as agreed.
Load security
The vehicle, recovery equipment, restraint method and legal weights are checked as part of accepting and carrying out the job.
Safe working
PPE, site conditions, traffic, access and changing hazards form part of the on-scene decision — not a box ticked afterwards.
Maintenance control
Planned maintenance, reported defects and equipment inspection dates are tracked so nothing depends on someone remembering it.
Job evidence
References, condition information, collection and delivery evidence can be retained against the job where the customer requires it.
Incidents & complaints
Issues are logged, reviewed and closed with corrective action. The aim is to learn once, rather than repeat the same failure.

The management system and operating documents are being prepared with certification in mind. Certification wording and evidence will only be added after a successful independent assessment.
Any customer-specific insurance, approval or accreditation requirement must be confirmed before work is placed.
